About Us

DARECO PROPERTIES LIMITED is a company established in 1996 by Isaac and lyabo Dare. We are a construction company certified to renovate and construct new homes in the New York City area of New York State. The Company started by purchasing a run-down building in 1996 at Radcliff Avenue, in the Bronx. This was successfully done and a new three family house was erected by the side to fully utilize the total land area.

This launched us into a total new area, of contributing our quota in reducing the housing shortage problem in New York City. The City comprises of five boroughs namely Queens, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx and Staten Island. Most of the houses in these areas are underutilized in land space and we have been able to successfully build over 40 new houses on different sites across the City.

Over the years, we acquired large parcels of land in the City and demolish the existing house on these parcels to fully maximise the land use to suit the New York City department of buildings zoning regulations.
 
We have also over the years been able to build a reputation as one of the outstanding builders in New York City and were thereby the delight of many homeowners that wanted to fully utilize their land area.
In 2004, we decided to go commercial and build six and eight families of one bedroom and two bedroom apartments with the aim of renting them for long term investments. We currently have over 35 rental units which are occupied by New York City homeless families.
 
We are also operating in Nigeria, a country of over 140 million people and acute housing shortages. We have concentrated our investigations on Lagos State and Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory.
There are lots of opportunities in these two area and we believe that with our wealth of experience from America and given the right support and assistance we
were able to contribute our quota in easing the current housing shortages prevalent in Nigeria.
 
We solely intended to inject new ideas in Construction, Dredging, Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Supply, Consultancy and General Merchants in Nigeria and beyond based on the concept of creating shelters and fantastic Road Networks and other infrastructure that meet the dynamics of man’s life style through the fusion of
reliability, durability, strength, style, security and flexibility.
 
Our enormous and verifiable experience had given us the capacity to serve as a convenient one-stop shop for corporate and individual clients.
